We are an official licensee of CTTI Grant Cardone Cardone Enterprises; however, we do not own, operate, or represent Grant Cardone Enterprises, CTTI, or their affiliated companies in any official capacity. Any reference to Grant Cardone, Cardone Enterprises, or 10X Business Coaching in our branding, marketing, or materials is solely in accordance with our licensed usage rights and should not be interpreted as an endorsement, partnership, or guarantee by Grant Cardone or his enterprises.

By engaging with SalesElite Consulting Group LLC, you acknowledge that:

SalesElite® operates separately and is not responsible for the actions, products, services, or statements of Grant Cardone or Cardone Enterprises.
All content, training, coaching, and consulting services provided by SalesElite® are our own and are not supervised, endorsed, or managed by Cardone Enterprises.

Intellectual Property & Brand Use Restrictions

Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, brand name, or materials is strictly prohibited.

Affiliates and third parties may not misrepresent their relationship with SalesElite®.
Unauthorized use of our content, logos, or branding may result in legal action.
We do not assume responsibility for claims made by unauthorized representatives.

Any individual or entity using the SalesElite® or 10X Business Coaching name without licensing or authorization assumes full liability for any legal claims, damages, or fees incurred.

Refund Policy & Chargeback Protection

Live Events & Digital Products – No Refunds

All event tickets and digital products are non-refundable.
If a live event is postponed or converted to a virtual format due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19), your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event.
Chargebacks are not permitted for delivered digital services or fulfilled event registrations.

Physical Products – Limited Refunds

Apparel and merchandise fulfilled by third-party suppliers are non-refundable unless defective.
Returns for non-digital physical products are accepted within 30 days in new, unused condition (excluding shipping costs).

Unauthorized Solicitation & Event Policies

To protect the integrity of our events and communities, we have a strict no-solicitation policy, including:

No unauthorized sales, networking, or recruitment at events.
No unsanctioned social media groups, subgroups, or event promotions.
No unauthorized distribution of materials (physical or digital) at events.

Violators may be expelled from events without a refund and subject to legal action.

Indemnification Clause

By engaging with SalesElite®, you agree to hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from:

Your business decisions, actions, or financial investments
Your participation in our coaching, events, or programs
Any claims arising from third-party fulfillment partners

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products or services.

Payment Plans & Account Responsibility

All payment plans must be paid in full. Partial payments do not grant ownership of digital content or event access.
Delinquent payments beyond 90 days will result in account suspension.
Canceling a credit card does not cancel your contract. Full payment is still required under agreed terms.

Failure to pay in full may result in collections, legal action, and additional fees.

Legal Disputes & Jurisdiction

All disputes must be resolved through arbitration in Miami, Florida (USA) or Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Germany), depending on the jurisdiction of the agreement.
Waiver of Jury Trial: By engaging with us, you agree to resolve disputes without a jury trial.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations).

Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing from or engaging with SalesElite Consulting Group LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these updated policies, disclaimers, and legal terms.
